All of the Campania Products are made and painted in a specific colour for each order and therefore, are considered special orders. Special orders are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping

All of the Campania Products are made and painted in a specific colour for each order. Therefore, the processing time for orders can vary from 14 to 21 days depending on colour/finish combinations and paint shop workload.

The majority of the items offered on our website are subject to our free shipping policy. Free shipping is applicable to all of the orders, except the special items.
